These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ora78 ("Platform", "We", "ora78"). This document governs your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by ora78.

Acceptance of these terms takes effect automatically when you perform any of the following actions: registering a new account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, using any game, or accessing any section of the ora78 platform.

• ora78 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits for compliance purposes
• Withdrawals will not be processed to an account or payment method different from the original deposit method
• If there is an active bonus with unfulfilled wagering requirements, withdrawals may be held until those requirements are met

• Registering an account using another person's identity or false information

• Voluntary account closure requested by the member for any reason

In the event of a valid account closure with no breach of terms, any eligible account balance will be returned to the member within a reasonable period after identity verification is completed.

Ora78 provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose.

• ora78 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control, including internet outages or server failures
• ora78's liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the disputed incident
• ora78 is not responsible for any taxes or fiscal liabilities that may arise from your winnings under applicable local laws

Ora78 reserves the right to modify, update, or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the ora78 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ora78 is registered and licensed. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will first be sought to be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved.
